School Was Designed for a Different Era
Most schools were built around rigid schedules and large classrooms.
That works for some families.
But many modern families are looking for something different.

Entrepreneurs.

Creative

professionals.

Traveling families.

Student athletes.

Kids who simply learn better in

smaller environments.

Traditional school doesn’t always adapt well to those realities.

McGill Microschools was created to offer another option.

What Is a Microschool?

Microschools are small learning communities that combine the best parts of homeschooling, private school, and personalized learning.

Instead of large classrooms with 25–30 students, microschools typically serve small cohorts of students who learn together in a supportive environment.

Students receive:

  • individualized academic support

  • small group instruction

  • project-based enrichment

  • flexible learning schedules

Students receive:

Help students grow academically while also developing confidence, curiosity, and real-world skills.

About the Founders

McGill Microschools was created by Charles and Jonsi McGill.

Both are former educators and parents who believe students thrive in environments where learning is personalized, flexible, and connected to real life.

After years of working with families and building businesses, they began exploring a microschool model that could better support modern family life while still maintaining strong academic standards.
